Salon Policies

Appointments

We suggest making appointments in advance by calling the salon at (770) 388-7018.  First time clients and groups will require a credit card to secure your appointment(s).  However, we can accommodate walk-ins as well.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment or to reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and 48 hours notice for packages.  Cancelling or changing appointment for groups of three or more requires 72 hours notice.  Any appointment cancelled in less than the required time and no-shows will be billed at 75% of the published price for each service.  Also, gift certificates will be voided if appointments are not properly cancelled.

Check In

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment.  This allows time for a leisurely check-in and a few minutes to relax before your appointment.  For the comfort and benefit of all of our customers while they are in our salon, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone before entering the salon.  Please present all Gift Certificates and promotional coupons at Check-In.

Hair, make-up, and waxing clients, please check in at the front desk.  The receptionist will notify your technician that you have arrived for your appointment.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Refunds – Gift Certificates, Series, Products

Certificates, Series and Products are non-refundable.  All sales are final.  All Gift Certificates expire six (6) months from their purchase dates.

Refunds – Services

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify your salon coordinator/stylist within 3 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time your stylist will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost within 2 weeks of the initial service.

Gratuity and Service Charges

Gratuity can be added to checks.  An additional 16% – 18% service charge will be added to groups of six (6) or more.

Access to Service Areas

As required by our insurance company, as well as for the safety and comfort of all of our clients, we request that only clients having services go beyond the front desk area.

Children are not permitted in the service area, unless they are having a service performed.  Children may not be left in the waiting area unattended or unsupervised by an adult.

Please communicate with your technician in order to ensure your satisfaction and to help the technician customize services to fit your individual needs.
